Greetings G4 Sisters
On behalf of Women’s Summit Inc., we warmly welcome you to the G4 Women’s Conference 2026. We are honored that you have chosen to gather with us for this powerful and purpose-filled experience. This year, we celebrate a theme that speaks to the heart of every woman’s journey — Grow, Grace, Gratitude, Gorgeous — a declaration of who we are becoming and the beauty God is cultivating within us.
Whether this is your first time attending or you are returning as part of our Summit sisterhood, we rejoice in the unique story, strength, and purpose you bring into this space. You are seen. You are valued. You are loved. And you are stepping into a conference designed to pour into your spirit, elevate your vision, and remind you of the gorgeous work God is doing in your life.
Over the course of this gathering, you will encounter transformative teaching, uplifting worship, meaningful connection, and refreshing moments that restore your soul. Our prayer is that you leave this conference strengthened in your growth, anchored in grace, overflowing with gratitude, and confidently embracing the gorgeous identity God has placed within you.

“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in allthings, may abound to every good work.” 2 Corinthians 9:8
Greetings and Praise the Lord, Beautiful Women of God!
It is truly an honor and a blessing to welcome each and every one of you to this wonderful Women’s Conference.
Today, we have gathered as women from different backgrounds, different experiences, and different seasons of life. Yet we have one thing in common: We serve a God who is able!
Ladies, some of us need to be reminded that God is able.
He is able to strengthen you. He is able to sustain you. He is able to provide for you. He is able to restore you.
Our conference can be beautifully summed up in four powerful words:
Growth, Grace, Gratitude, and Gorgeous.
So, as we begin this conference, I encourage every woman to open your heart. Receive what God has for you and allow God to do something new in your life.
We trust that you have come expecting growth, you've also come to celebrate the grace of God, and to experience the overflowing gratitude as well as knowing that you are gorgeous in the sight of God.
Our prayer is that all will leave this anointed conference blessed, encouraged, strengthened and with the favor of our Lord throughout this gathering and beyond.
On behalf of the G4 Conference Committee, thanks for being a part of the plan of God.
May God's abundant favor continue to shine upon each of you.
With love, prayers, and bountiful blessings,
Pastor Emeritus Joyce Washington, Chief Intercessor

Bishop-Designate Drusilla Hampton was born June 24th in Baltimore, Maryland. Being raised in a God-fearing home under the tutelage of her parents, The Late Bishop Roy and Mother Bessie Spence, she accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior and Master of her life at the tender age of 8. She was baptized in Jesus name at the age of 11 and continued her walk with the Lord to receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost. She was a member of the First United Church of Jesus Christ under the Pastorate of The Late Bishop Dr. Monroe R. Saunders, Sr. in Baltimore MD. Her careful attention to the service of the Lord caught the eye of her pastor and he appointed her to several roles of duties over the years. As a part of her studies, she attended the United Biblical Institute of Baltimore, Maryland. She also received her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Towson State University in Towson, Maryland.
In 1989, the Lord called her parents to pastor, and they began the work at Christ Temple Holiness Church, Baltimore, Maryland. With much prayer and final direction from the Lord, she joined them in the work. Continuing to serve, she soon heard the call from God to minister the Word. God sends his anointing as she delivers His Word in this end time. Her theme scripture is “Delight thyself also in the Lord and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart;” (Psalms 37:4). She truly believes that if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost. (2 Corinthians 4:3)
Over the years she has served as an usher, choir member, youth leader, Sunday School teacher, District Youth President, National Scholarship President, Youth Advisor, Retreat Leader, Women’s President, Senior Church Administrator, Co-Pastor and now Senior Pastor of Life Word Church in Charlotte, NC. She previously served as Southern Jurisdictional Overseer in Word World Harvest Fellowship of Churches under the leadership of her brother, Apostle Dr. James L. Spence. Under this great reformation and the leadership of Apostle Dr. James L. Spence, her dedication and work in the Kingdom of God, made way for her recent elevation to the office of Bishop on June 27, 2026. With her elevation also came the new appointment as the Presiding Bishop of the Southern Jurisdiction of the Word World Harvest Fellowship of Churches. Additionally, Bishop Hampton received the distinguished honor of being appointed in her first role as a board member for United In Faith Spence Bible College in South Carolina. It serves as a great honor to her because United In Faith Spence Bible College was named to honor the legacy of her late parents, the Bishop Roy Spence and Elect Lady Bessie Spence.
Professionally, she served in the telecommunications industry for over 28 years and is currently employed as a manager serving The American Red Cross.
Bishop Drusilla Hampton was married for 20 years to the late Bishop Herbert Carmichael and God blessed their union with two beautiful, anointed sons, Jonathan Stephen and Joel Emmanuel Carmichael, who are the joy of her life! God blessed her to find love again and she is happily married to Elder Raymond D. Hampton.
To God Be The Glory!

Greetings, Gorgeous Sisters in Christ,
It’s with great joy and expectation that I welcome you to the G4Women’s Conference 2026. It is an honor for Faith Temple Ministries Apostolic to serve as the host church for this powerful gathering of women who are ready to grow, walk in grace, live with gratitude, and embrace the gorgeous identity God has placed within them.
Your presence here is no coincidence; it is by divine appointment. God has drawn you into this moment because He desires to pour into you, strengthen you, and reveal more of His purpose for your life. As you enter this conference, I pray you feel the love, warmth, and spiritual covering of this house. We have prepared this space with you in mind, believing that every session, every worship moment, and every connection will minister to your heart in a meaningful way.
This year’s theme, Grow, Grace, Gratitude, Gorgeous, reflects the journey of every woman who is becoming. You are growing into new levels, receiving fresh grace, cultivating a grateful spirit, and embracing the gorgeous work God is doing within you. My prayer is that throughout this conference, you experience transformation, healing, clarity, and renewed strength for the season ahead.
Thank you for being part of a movement of women rising with beauty, boldness, and purpose. May God meet you in every moment and exceed your expectations.
With love and blessings,
Pastor Jeanette Ruffin

Greetings in the Matchless name of Jesus!
It is with great joy and heartfelt excitement that I welcome each of you to this great gathering. We are so grateful that you have chosen to come together with us for a time of worship, fellowship, encouragement and spiritual renewal.
This is a time for us to lay aside the cares of life, open our hearts to God, and allow Him to speak to us. There is something powerful that happens when women come together in unity, lift their voices in prayer, worship the Lord, and encourage one another. My prayer is that you will be reminded that you are chosen, called, valuable, and anointed by God and of course gorgeous.
As we fellowship together, may you discover new strength, renewed vision, deeper faith, and a greater determination to become everything God has called you to be.
Women of God, let us encourage one another, celebrate one another, and make room for one another. Let us leave this conference knowing that we are stronger together and that there is still much work for us to do in the Kingdom of God.
Thank you for being a part of this special gathering. I pray that the presence of the Lord will fill this conference, that hearts will be healed, lives will be transformed, and destinies will be awakened.
Welcome, Queens! Come expecting God to move. Come expecting to be renewed. Come expecting to be empowered. Come expecting your life to never be the same!
With love and prayers,
Apostle Dr. Brenda T. Parrish
